Regarding: Jackie Stockton
The patient reported absolute patience from the above member of staff. Jackie had been listening to her and dealt with all manner of queries while maintaining politeness throughout. Patient suggested that we have a separate "enquiries" desk at reception to prevent big queues building up.

You have to phone for blood test results between 12 and 2 but for the past few days of non stop ringing, I haven't gotten through, it either rings out or I try the appointment line and am put on hold for so long I give up and hang up. If you don't want to answer your phone's at that time, change the blood test result times to call. Frustrating and unprofessional.

The nurse who took my blood was very reassuring, quick and made the experience easy and made me less anxious as I usually faint.
